Synopsis
Artemis Fowl, a twelve-year-old criminal mastermind, enlists the help of Mulch Diggums, a fugitive dwarf, to steal the priceless Fei Fei tiara. However, a gang of six dwarves led by Sergei the Significant has already taken the tiara and plans to sell it at a circus. As the dwarves perform, Mulch sneaks in underground to retrieve the tiara, knocking out Sergei in the process. Meanwhile, Captain Holly Short of the LEP is tasked with tracking Artemis's plane after Mulch's stolen LEP helmet alerts them. Holly catches Artemis with the tiara, but not before he swaps the blue diamond for a fake. Ultimately, Artemis gives the diamond to his mother as a gift, promising to find his father.
