Mika's dad is too busy working from home to take her to the lake, so he agrees she can get a quiet pet. Mika chooses a mouse, but when it goes missing, she brings home a dog to find it. This leads to a series of new pets—a seal, a penguin, a parrot, and even a baby elephant—all while her dad remains oblivious. How many animals will it take before he notices the growing menagerie?
