Synopsis

Seventeen-year-old Catherine Morland, an avid reader of romantic novels, is thrilled when invited to Bath by her wealthy neighbours. There, she experiences grand balls, the theatre, and forms a close friendship with the lively Isabella. She also meets the charming Henry Tilney, and it seems her dreams are coming true. However, Catherine soon discovers that real life isn't always like the stories she loves, and she must navigate misunderstandings and challenges to find her own happy ending.

Steven Butler is a brilliant British author and actor, best known for his funny ‘The Diary of Dennis the Menace’ books. He loves making children laugh with his stories, and has also written ‘The Nothing to See Here Hotel’ series. When he’s not writing, Steven enjoys performing and bringing his characters to life on stage.
