Synopsis
Mr. Grumpy is the grumpiest person in the world, always in a bad mood and hating everything and everyone he encounters. He can't stand books, tearing out all their pages, and is rude to visitors like Mr. Happy. To teach him a lesson, Mr. Happy enlists Mr. Tickle to tickle Mr. Grumpy whenever he's mean. This unexpected approach gradually makes Mr. Grumpy laugh and become nicer, showing that even the grumpiest individuals can change with a bit of laughter and kindness.
