Sea Force Four are summoned to investigate a mysterious object in the ocean. While many believe it's a ghost fish, Luna the Lampfish quickly discovers it's a discarded plastic bag trapping numerous anchovies. The team embarks on a daring rescue mission to free the little fish and remove the pollution from their habitat.
