What does the Pageticker team say about Percy Jackson and the Last Olympian?

The Last Olympian is a fittingly explosive finale to Rick Riordan’s Percy Jackson and the Olympians series, mixing Greek mythology, sharp humour and one very large battle for New York. Percy’s loyalty, courage and determination remain at the heart of the story, while the themes of friendship, sacrifice and choosing your own path give the monster-bashing some real weight. It is certainly best suited to children who have read the earlier books, and adults may wish to note that the action is more intense and the losses more affecting than in some previous instalments.
