Harry loves birthday parties, so he's disappointed when his sister, Sam, plans to attend one without him. Discovering it's also his dinosaurs' one hundred millionth birthday, Harry decides to throw a surprise party. With Sam's help, they prepare treats and invite their neighbour, Mr Oakley. The celebration turns out to be the best birthday party ever!
