Marvin is just an ordinary boy until he discovers a mysterious super-suit in his attic, revealing his destiny as the next in a line of superheroes. When the villainous Master Blaster and his army of penguins seize control of the local ice rink, freezing skaters with powerful ice blasts, Marvin must don his super-suit and, with his robot sidekick Pixel, transform into MARV. Together, they skate into action to stop Master Blaster's icy reign and save the day.
