Kittie Lacey, the best hairdresser in all the land, is preparing for the Flower Festival, her salon bustling with clients desiring special floral hairstyles. However, the Flower People have mysteriously vanished, leaving only Thumbelina behind. When Thumbelina disappears too, Kittie embarks on a magical adventure, aided by a bluebird and a sprinkle of magic, to rescue her friends and ensure the festival blooms beautifully.
