Synopsis

On a quiet Christmas Eve, a father is awakened by a clatter outside. Peering out, he witnesses the arrival of St. Nicholas in a sleigh drawn by eight reindeer. The jolly old man enters the house through the chimney, fills the stockings with gifts, and departs, wishing all a 'Happy Christmas to all, and to all a good night!'

Clement Clarke Moore was an American writer best known for his famous Christmas poem, 'A Visit from St. Nicholas', also called 'The Night Before Christmas'. His delightful story about Santa Claus visiting on Christmas Eve has been enjoyed by children and families for many years, helping to create the magical traditions we love today.
