Mr Jelly is terrified of everything. One day, he bravely ventures into the sea, only to be swept away to a desert island by a storm. There, he encounters a band of pirates who make him their cabin boy. Despite his fears, Mr Jelly tries to keep the ship in order, but his constant panic leads to unexpected and humorous situations. Will he overcome his anxieties and find his way back home?

Adam Hargreaves is a British author and illustrator, best known for continuing the much-loved Mr. Men and Little Miss series created by his father, Roger Hargreaves. Adam enjoys drawing fun and colourful characters that make children laugh and smile. He loves inspiring young readers to use their imagination and enjoy the magic of stories.
