Synopsis

Little Miss Giggles is the giggliest girl in the world. She giggles all day and night, even while she's asleep. One day, during her daily walk, she suddenly loses her giggle. She meets Mr. Happy, and he takes her to Mr. Funny so she can giggle again, but no matter how hard Mr. Funny tries, he cannot get back her giggle. Mr. Topsy-Turvy suggests they see Dr. Make-you-well, but he cannot do anything for her. To solve the problem, Mr. Happy gives Little Miss Giggles a "giggle", and she giggled again.

His colourful characters, like Mr. Tickle and Little Miss Sunshine, have entertained children all over the world. Roger enjoyed making stories that were fun, easy to read, and full of imagination.
