Synopsis
Billy is anxious about starting big school and worries about what might go wrong. In the garden, he discovers a tiny sparrow being bullied by larger birds. With his mum's help, Billy cares for the sparrow, which recovers and flies away. On his first day, Billy finds school less scary than expected, makes new friends, and shares his bird story with the class. Days later, he sees a confident sparrow with friends, realising he's grown braver too.
