Synopsis

At Princess Rose's christening, a wicked fairy, angered by not being invited, curses her to prick her finger on a spindle and die on her sixteenth birthday. Another fairy softens the curse, so instead of dying, Rose falls into a deep sleep for a hundred years. A dense forest grows around the castle, hiding it from the world. After a century, a brave prince discovers the castle, awakens Rose with a kiss, and they live happily ever after.
