Arthur, a seven-year-old boy, discovers a hidden stash of blueberries at Picket Lake and picks them as a surprise for his grandma. Unbeknownst to him, this angers the Witch of Picket Lake. With the added complications from his eccentric cousin Eugene's plan, Arthur embarks on an adventure to set things right, accompanied by his pet duck and his not-so-helpful dog.
