Synopsis

Rachel and Kirsty are visiting Kirsty's grandmother by the sea during their spring break. They discover a sparkling shell that transports them to Fairyland's Ocean Gala, where Shannon the Ocean Fairy plays her Magical Golden Conch Shell to maintain peace in the oceans. However, Jack Frost shatters the shell into seven pieces, scattering them across the human world.
