Dave Pigeon and his best friend Skipper are off to Pawsville Vets to fix Dave's broken wing. There, they meet new friends like Jet the dog and Gary the hamster. When Dave is challenged to a flying contest by the unpleasant Opprobrious Vastanavius, he can't resist. With his new prosthetic wing and help from his dad, racing legend Mickey Lightning, Dave faces the challenge, learning about friendship and self-belief along the way.
