What is Stanley and the Magic Lamp about?

Stanley Lambchop discovers a genie inside his mother's teapot, granting him and his family unlimited wishes. They wish for fame, magical pets, and superpowers, but soon realise that their desires lead to unexpected and chaotic consequences. As their lives spiral out of control, Stanley must find a way to reverse the wishes and restore normality.

About the author

Jeff Brown was an American author best known for creating the much-loved character Flat Stanley. His stories follow Stanley Lambchop, a boy who has amazing adventures after being flattened by a bulletin board. Jeff Brown’s books are funny, imaginative, and have inspired children all over the world to enjoy reading and adventure.
