Synopsis

In this classic fairy tale, a prince seeks a true princess to marry. One stormy night, a young woman arrives at the castle, claiming to be a princess. To test her authenticity, the queen places a single pea beneath twenty mattresses and twenty feather beds. The next morning, the young woman complains of a sleepless night due to something hard in her bed, proving her sensitivity and confirming her royal status. The prince and the princess marry and live happily ever after.
