He sets off to find a quieter place, trying out nests belonging to Kaka, Kea, Morepork, Blue Duck, and Fantail. Each new nest presents its own challenges—too noisy, too cold, too high, too damp, or too small. Will Little Kiwi ever discover the perfect spot to rest?

Bob Darroch is a much-loved author and illustrator from New Zealand. He is best known for his fun 'Little Kiwi' books, which follow the adventures of a curious kiwi bird and friends. Bob enjoys drawing animals and creating stories that make children smile and use their imaginations.
