Hurricane Kieron and Rusharound Ria are always on the move, dashing everywhere without pause. One day, Kieron takes a tumble and injures his knee, making it impossible for him to run. Seeking a new outlet, he picks up paints and brushes, creating vibrant hurricanes on paper. Seeing his joy, Ria decides to join in, discovering the fun in slowing down and being creative together.
