Synopsis
After his release from prison, the Prankster claims to have reformed and launches a new television show where teenagers perform practical jokes. Initially, the show is a hit, but each prank soon leads to real crimes. Superman enlists young reporter Jimmy Olsen to investigate and put an end to the Prankster's dangerous antics.
