Henry, a proud green engine, refuses to leave a tunnel during a rainstorm, fearing the rain will spoil his paint. Despite efforts to coax him out, Henry remains stubborn, leading the Fat Controller to brick him up inside. When another engine breaks down, Henry is finally freed to help, learning the importance of duty over vanity.
