In Justice City, the O.D.D. Squad—Quack Attack, Detective Octopus, and Invisidog—are renowned crime-fighters. Their nemesis, Captain Bad, attempts to defeat them by cloning himself, but the plan backfires, creating Captain Worse, an even more evil version. Now, Captain Bad must join forces with the O.D.D.
