Bertie is a little boy with some rather dirty habits—he picks his nose, eats sweets off the pavement, and even licks the dog! His family constantly exclaims, "No, Bertie! That's dirty, Bertie!" as they try to help him mend his ways. Through a series of humorous misadventures, Bertie begins to understand the consequences of his actions and makes efforts to change. But can he truly leave all his grubby habits behind?
