Liam Chapman buys a $3 time machine, hoping for adventure. Instead, he accidentally summons a 10-year-old gangster from 1933, "Tommy Twinkles," who plans to rob a future bank. When the time machine kidnaps Liam's parents, he and his friend Elsa embark on a thrilling journey filled with sci-fi gadgets, real-life gangsters, and time travel to set things right.
