Birdy often accompanies her father as he rows passengers across the treacherous sea. One day, an old woman claims Birdy has the 'second sight,' allowing her to see things others cannot. Initially hesitant about this gift, Birdy soon discovers that looking twice can reveal unexpected truths, especially when she encounters a trio of ghostly figures seeking passage to a mysterious island.
