What is The Double-Cross about?

Sam Silver, a modern-day boy, discovers a magic gold doubloon that transports him back in time to join Captain Blade's pirate crew aboard the Sea Wolf. When the notorious pirate Blackheart seeks revenge and aims to seize the Sea Wolf, Sam and his fellow pirates must outsmart their formidable adversary to protect their ship and crew.
