Donald Duck is feeling gloomy because he thinks everyone has forgotten his birthday. His nephews, Huey, Dewey and Louie, seem too busy to notice, while his friends behave strangely and keep disappearing. Donald does not realise that they are secretly preparing something special. As clues begin to appear, his birthday takes an unexpected turn. Will Donald discover the surprise before the party begins, or will his impatience spoil the fun?
