What is The Badger's Bath about?

Badger has spent the day happily digging and is now covered in dirt. Percy the Park Keeper, always ready to help his animal friends, prepares a warm, soapy bath for Badger before tea. However, Badger isn't keen on bathing and mysteriously disappears. Percy soon discovers Badger's clever hiding spot, leading to a humorous and unexpected splash.
