What is Jack and the Giant Tantrum Little Monsters, Big Problems about?

Jack is a friendly little monster, but when things go wrong, his temper grows enormous. At the park, a giant tantrum leaves a broken slide, a ruined sandcastle and some upset friends. With help from Mum, Jack learns that feeling angry is all right, but hurting others is not. Cuddling a teddy, asking for a hug, taking deep breaths and counting to ten give Jack better ways to calm down and be a thoughtful friend.
