What is Dodo's Delight, Or, Doodle and the State Secrets about?

On a faraway island live the last dodos, including Doodle, the smallest and cleverest of them all. When mysterious state secrets are threatened, Doodle is drawn into a fluttering adventure filled with secret messages, curious clues and comical confusion. Can this bright young bird outwit trouble and protect the island’s hidden secrets? With colourful illustrations, gentle suspense and plenty of silliness, John Ryan’s playful tale celebrates an unlikely hero in a wonderfully eccentric world.
