What is Carry Me! A Cheery Street Story about?
Wilbur loves being carried. He enjoys riding on Mummy’s shoulders, taking piggyback rides and travelling in his cosy buggy, but walking is definitely not for him. As Wilbur grows bigger and collects more things on their outings, pushing him uphill becomes harder and harder. Soon, Mummy’s back is aching and she is utterly worn out. When she finally decides she needs a rest, Wilbur discovers that perhaps it is time for him to help. A warm, funny story about family life and growing independence.
