About the author
Linda Sunderland is a British children’s author who loves creating magical stories filled with adventure, courage and wonder. Before becoming a writer, she worked as a primary school teacher for 28 years. She is best known for her picture book Raven Child and the Snow Witch, about a brave girl on an icy journey. Linda also enjoys writing poetry, looking at the stars and playing the piano. She lives in Lancashire, England.
