What is Dealing with Feelings about?
When friends face disappointment, jealousy, embarrassment, fear and anger, they learn that difficult feelings do not have to control them. Through a series of relatable stories, two children discover how to understand their emotions, talk about them and choose helpful ways to respond. Supportive parents guide them as they work through everyday challenges and protect their friendship. Follow-up activities invite children to reflect on their own feelings and practise simple self-regulation strategies.
