What is Doctor Hoof about?
Doctor Hoof is a horse doctor who treats horses and horses only. When he moves to a new town, he expects to be busy, but there isn’t a single horse in sight. Instead, a curious parade of animal neighbours arrives at his surgery, each hoping he can help. Doctor Hoof insists they need the right sort of doctor—but perhaps kindness and clever thinking matter more than he realises. As he finds ways to help, he also discovers the town’s greatest cure: friendship.
