What is Winnie Wagtail about?
Winnie Wagtail has a problem: no matter how hard she tries, her tail simply will not wag. Mum tells her to stop trying so hard, but Winnie is not ready to give up. She trots off to watch other animals and discovers that tails can swish, curl, flick and wag in all sorts of ways. As Winnie learns from her animal friends, she begins to understand that some things happen naturally when you stop worrying and let yourself enjoy the moment.
