What is Fat Cat about?
Fat Cat is always hungry, and Mouse’s delicious pies only make him want more. Soon, he is swallowing everything in sight: a washerwoman and her washtub, a troop of soldiers, a king and even an elephant. But when Fat Cat gobbles up clever Mouse and her sewing basket, he discovers that his enormous appetite may have gone too far. Can Mouse find a way out and teach this greedy cat an unforgettable lesson? A lively retelling of a traditional Danish folktale.
