About the author
Mike Artell is an award-winning children’s author, illustrator, cartoonist and musician. He loves creating books that make readers laugh, learn and have a go at drawing. Mike has written and illustrated more than 35 books, including the much-loved Petite Rouge: A Cajun Red Riding Hood, a playful retelling of a familiar fairy tale. He also writes about animals, sport and creative ideas. His lively school visits encourage children to enjoy reading, writing, drawing and sharing their own stories.
