What is It's Lovely when You Smile about?
Little Roo wakes up feeling grumpy, but he cannot explain why. His mother tries everything to cheer him up: they play in the leaves, hide in their favourite nook and enjoy a tickle. Still, Little Roo will not smile. At last, she tucks him into her pouch and bounces downhill towards a wide, muddy hole. When they tumble in, Mother Roo looks so wonderfully funny that Little Roo cannot help laughing. Sometimes, the silliest surprise can brighten even the grumpiest day.
