Hamlet Orlando Julius Caesar Brown is used to having an unusual name, but life at No. 13 is about to become even stranger. One morning, a one-eyed monster appears on the doorstep. Meanwhile, Hamlet’s mother is determined to stop developers building over the grave of a beloved actress, causing chaos at home and in the local cemetery. As monsters, family quarrels and a mysterious campaign collide, Hamlet must work out what is really going on.
