Halloween has always been frightening since Little Miss Scary arrived in town. She loves surprising the other Mr Men and Little Miss characters with skeleton puppets, ghost costumes and unexpected jumps. But this year, Mr Tickle has a plan to turn the tables. With his long, bendy arms and a very clever trick, he hopes to give Little Miss Scary a Halloween surprise of her own.
