What is Giant Parsnip Soup about?
When two friends and their dog discover a gigantic parsnip, they imagine all the things it could become—a car, a slide or even a rocket. But their biggest idea is to turn it into soup. Joined by more friends, they gather potatoes, carrots, beets, water and other ingredients, counting from one to ten as they work together. With colourful vegetables, busy teamwork and ten full bellies, this playful story celebrates friendship, imagination, counting and sharing. A soup recipe is included.
