What is Ava's Poppy about?
When Ava discovers a bright red poppy growing in her garden, she quickly becomes its friend. Through sunny days, rain and strong winds, Ava cares for the delicate flower and watches it bloom. But as summer ends, the poppy withers and disappears, leaving Ava feeling sad. She marks the spot with a ring of stones and waits through the winter. Then spring arrives, bringing a wonderful surprise and showing Ava that nature’s life cycle can bring new beginnings.
