What is Wildlife Crossings: protecting animal pathways around the world about?

Across the world, animals travel ancient routes in search of food, water, shelter and mates. But roads, railways and growing towns can block these journeys and put wildlife in danger. Follow seven remarkable animals, including elephants, hedgehogs, salmon and grizzly bears, as they navigate a changing world. Discover how scientists, local communities and campaigners are building bridges, tunnels and other wildlife corridors, helping animals move safely and reconnecting the habitats they need to survive.
