What is A Home for Stone about?

On a quiet beach, a boy discovers a small, lonely stone and decides to find the perfect place for it to belong. He searches among rock pools, walls and gardens, but Stone never seems happy. Just as the boy begins to lose hope, he notices something important: Stone may not need a home filled with stones like him. Perhaps the best place is somewhere unexpected, where kindness, imagination and friendship can help them both feel they belong.
