What is Hot dog hal about?

Hal the sausage dog adores his old blanket and takes it everywhere, despite his friends teasing him about looking like a sausage covered in mustard. The blanket comes along to the beach, the zoo and every adventure in between. But when a fierce thunderstorm traps Hal and his canine friends inside an old windmill, his scruffy blanket proves far more useful than anyone expected. Can Hal use it to rescue his friends and show them that being different can be rather special?
