What is Alphonse, you're ruining the show! about?

Natalie and Alphonse are staying at Granny’s house and have planned a spectacular play, complete with red curtains, bright lights and yoghurt with sprinkles in the interval. But when Natalie says Alphonse cannot have a ticket or take part, he decides he wants to go home. Granny helps the siblings settle their quarrel, and after a cosy night’s sleep and a breakfast of pancakes, they are ready to perform their special show for Mum and Dad.
