What is Diary of a Minecraft Zombie - Zombie Swap about?

When Zombie and Steve accidentally swap bodies, their worlds are turned upside down. Zombie must attend human middle school, where lessons, classmates and social rules are far stranger than facing Creepers. Meanwhile, Steve has to survive among Zombies, Skeletons, Slimes and other Minecraft creatures while pretending to be one of them. As both friends struggle to keep their identities secret, they search for a way to reverse the swap before their unusual adventure causes even more chaos.
