The ghastly pirate twins, Gruesome and Grisly McNasty, have returned to Little Snoring in search of Captain Syd’s lost treasure. After hijacking a ship and sending its crew ashore, they set sail for the seaside town, causing chaos wherever they go. Best friends Tat and Hetty, helped by their unusual cat, Dog, must outwit the pirates before the treasure is found. But when their clever plan goes wrong, the children are captured and face a frightening voyage with the dastardly twins.
